By accessing the Mindfull Aus website or participating in events, programs or services, you agree to the following terms.
Program Participation
Participation in Mindfull Aus programs is voluntary and educational in nature. Our services are preventative and wellbeing focused and do not constitute clinical treatment.
Payment and Refunds
Where events require payment, terms and refund conditions will be outlined at the time of registration. Mindfull Aus reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or amend events where required.
Intellectual Property
All materials, resources and program content remain the intellectual property of Mindfull Aus Ltd unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Mindfull Aus is not liable for decisions made by individuals following participation in our services. Participants are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where required.
3. Disclaimer
Mindfull Aus provides preventative mental health education and wellbeing services.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or crisis intervention support.

4. Child Safety and Safeguarding Policy
Mindfull Aus is committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children and young people.
We align with:
• Victorian Child Safe Standards
• Victorian Primary Schools Mental Health Menu guidelines
• Department of Education safeguarding expectations
All facilitators and staff engaged in school delivery:
• Hold current Working With Children Checks
• Hold current National Police Checks
• Comply with child safe codes of conduct
• Complete appropriate training relevant to delivery context

• Culturally safe and inclusive environments
• Clear reporting pathways for concerns
• Respectful and safe engagement practices

5. Complaints and Feedback Policy
Mindfull Aus is committed to continuous improvement and welcomes feedback.

• Complaints will be acknowledged within five business days
• Matters will be assessed confidentially
• Where appropriate, escalation to the Board may occur
• A response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe
Mindfull Aus is committed to handling complaints fairly, respectfully and in line with ACNC governance standards.
6. Data Breach Response Policy
Mindfull Aus takes data protection seriously and complies with obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 including Notifiable Data Breach requirements.
In the event of a suspected data breach, we will:
• Contain and assess the breach immediately
• Investigate the scope and cause
• Determine risk of serious harm
• Notify affected individuals where required
• Notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if legally required
• Review internal systems to prevent recurrence
